Payment
The payment of products from the Hillinger web-shop can only be made by credit card. Your personal information will only be used for clearing and will not be saved due to security reasons. We kindly ask you to fill in the credit card details with every purchase. After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. The original invoice will be enclosed in your parcel.

Shipping
Our wines are shipped via DPD, accessories or speciality products via mail. As the shipment is carried out by different companies, two price lists are valid. Shipping costs are automatically listed in your shopping cart after you have filled in your customer data. We apologize that we cannot add accessories to the wine parcels due to logistical reasons.

All prices are inclusive 20% VAT, truck toll Austria, diesel surcharge and packaging. The bottles are shipped by DPD in a special shock-resistant box. In countries where DPD does not offer shipping services our importers take over responsibility. Please find their respective addresses and contact data in the Sales section. Shipping starts at the Leo Hillinger Winery to the delivery address stated by the customer. In the case that a delivery is not possible because the customer cannot be met at the delivery address, DPD will leave a package note saying when the parcel will be delivered again. Three delivery attempts will be made. After the third attempt the parcel will be sent back to the Hillinger Winery.
